Celeste M. Payne is an entrepreneur, author, designer, and speaker.
A native of Long Island, New York, she has always had a desire to encourage others to learn, grow and enjoy life. From a foster home at birth, the tragic death of her mother at age twelve to a bright and prosperous future in Christ, Celeste understands the value of life, a relationship with God, the love of family and serving God’s people.
She is a graduate of North Carolina Central University with a BA in Art. She is a graphic designer and assists her husband Ivory Payne handle the media and marketing needs of businesses and ministries across the country. His business includes publishing the award-winning Praise Reporter News Magazine – a print and online newspaper, 247PraiseRadio.com – an internet radio station and graphic design and printing services.
She is also founder of EmpowermentSessions.com where she empowers everyday women to extraordinarily impact their environment with the word of God and Prayers for Missing Children a website and radio show that educates and informs the community on issues regarding missing children as well as praying for them, their families and their abductors.
She is also author of the Sermon Notes Journal and My Little Book of Big Ideas.
She serves faithfully as Co-Pastor at Impact Christian Center Baton Rouge alongside her husband Pastor Ivory D. Payne .
She has been happily married to Ivory over 10 years. They have a nine-year-old son named Ivory Devon.
